- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups macaroni pasta
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks, and drain excess fat
- Add the diced onion and cook until soft and translucent
- Stir in the macaroni, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the pasta is tender
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until fully melted and creamy
Notes
- Stir occasionally while simmering to prevent sticking
- Remove from heat before adding cheese for a smooth sauce
- Add a splash of broth when reheating if needed
