- 2 large peaches, thinly sliced
- 6 puff pastry squares
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- Powdered sugar for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Thinly slice peaches.
- Mix cinnamon and ginger powder.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Spread honey on the baking paper.
- Arrange peach slices on top.
- Drizzle additional honey over peaches.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and ginger mixture.
- Cover with puff pastry squares.
- Seal edges with a fork.
- Brush pastry with oil.
- Prick pastry with a fork.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Flip pastries carefully.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
