- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick spray.
- Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Stir in flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips, mini M&M’s, and sprinkles evenly.
- Spread dough into the prepared pie plate.
- Bake for 17 to 18 minutes until lightly golden around the edges.
- Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Beat butter, salt, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and heavy cream and beat until fluffy.
- Pipe frosting swirls around the edge using a piping bag fitted with a 1M tip.
- Decorate with additional sprinkles before serving.
