- 2 lb 10 oz canned sliced peaches, drained
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup quick oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Add drained peach slices to a mixing bowl.
- Mix peaches with brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch.
- Transfer peaches to a greased 8-inch baking dish.
- Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Pour in melted butter and stir until crumbly.
- Mix in lemon zest, lime zest, lemon juice, and lime juice.
- Sprinkle topping over peaches evenly.
- Bake for 34 to 38 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Drain peaches well before mixing.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
