- 3/4 cup lemon-lime soda
- Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Peel and slice the peach into 8 wedges.
- Separate the crescent rolls and place one peach wedge on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the crescent dough around each peach slice and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Mix the melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, and flour in a bowl until combined.
- Spoon the butter mixture evenly over the dumplings.
- Pour the lemon-lime soda around the dumplings without pouring directly on top.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
