Description

Soft and buttery Peach Muffins packed with fresh peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon for an easy homemade breakfast treat.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh peaches

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold the chopped peaches gently into the batter.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin liners.
  7. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
