Description

A thick, creamy, protein-filled peach smoothie bowl topped with granola, almonds, and fresh peaches for an easy breakfast.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 3/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Fresh peach slices
  • Granola
  • Toasted sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Add frozen peaches, milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, almond butter, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and nutmeg to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and thick.
  3. Add more milk if needed to help blending.
  4. Pour the smoothie into serving bowls.
  5. Top with peach slices, granola, and toasted almonds.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  1. Use frozen peaches for the thickest texture.
  2. Add extra honey if you prefer a sweeter smoothie bowl.
  3. Freeze leftovers without toppings for up to two months.
