- 2 1/3 cups boiling water
- 1 (6 oz) box peach gelatin
- 4 cups sliced peaches
- 2 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz) carton whipped topping
- 1 pasteurized egg (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Whisk peach gelatin into boiling water until dissolved.
- Add peaches and cool until soft set.
- Mix crushed pretzels, powdered sugar, and melted butter.
- Press into a 9×13-inch pan and bake 10 minutes.
- Cool crust completely.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and optional egg until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust.
- Pour soft-set peach gelatin mixture over cream layer.
- Refrigerate until fully set.
- Serve chilled.

- Use fresh or canned peaches.
- Allow gelatin to soft set before layering.
- Chill overnight for best results.
