Description

Refreshing homemade Peach Tea made with fresh peaches, brewed tea, and a simple peach syrup. Perfect for warm-weather gatherings and everyday enjoyment.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 23 fresh peaches, sliced
  • 3 tea bags
  • 6 cups water
  • Ice for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, water, and sliced peaches in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium.
  3. Crush peaches while stirring until sugar dissolves.
  4. Turn off heat, cover, and let sit for 30 minutes.
  5. Boil 6 cups water and steep tea bags for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove tea bags and refrigerate tea.
  7. Strain peach syrup through a fine mesh strainer.
  8. Mix syrup into chilled tea.
  9. Serve over ice.

  1. Use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
  2. Chill thoroughly before serving.
