Description

Creamy homemade peaches and cream popsicles made with peaches, cream, milk, vanilla, and a touch of cornstarch for a smooth frozen texture.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups sliced peaches
  • 1 1/4 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 34 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Add peaches, cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cornstarch to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Add extra milk if needed for a pourable consistency.
  4. Pour mixture evenly into popsicle molds.
  5. Insert sticks according to mold instructions.
  6. Freeze for 4 to 6 hours until firm.
  7. Remove from molds and serve.

Notes

  1. Cornstarch helps keep the popsicles creamy instead of icy.
  2. Use a funnel for easy filling.
  3. Frozen or fresh peaches both work well.
  4. For dairy-free popsicles, use coconut cream and almond milk.
  5. Add a few drops of orange food coloring for a brighter color if desired.
