Description

Easy Peanut Butter Blossoms. Soft and chewy cookies topped with a Hershey’s Kiss, the perfect Christmas classic passed down for over 60 years.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (softened)

  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

  • 1 large Egg

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

  • 1 Tablespoon Milk

  • 1 3/4 cups Flour

  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda

  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  • Sugar (to roll cookie balls in)

  • 1 package Hershey’s Kisses

Instructions

  • Cream butter and sugars for 4 minutes until light and fluffy.

  • Add peanut butter, egg, milk, and vanilla; beat for 2 minutes.

  • Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll dough into 1-inch balls, coat in sugar.

  • Bake for 8–10 minutes until tops are slightly cracked and cookies are soft.

  • Immediately press a Hershey Kiss into each cookie while warm.

  • Allow to cool before removing from the baking sheet.

Notes

Use creamy peanut butter such as Jif or Skippy for soft, chewy cookies.

Avoid natural peanut butter, which can make cookies dry and crumbly.

Unwrap Hershey Kisses before baking so they’re ready to press into cookies.

Do not overbake; cookies should remain soft in the center.

Chill dough up to 48 hours for deeper flavor or bake immediately for a no-chill version.
