Instructions
- Combine the oil, sugar, and egg white in a mug and whisk well with a fork until fully combined.

- Add the flour, baking powder, and chocolate chips and mix until just combined.
- Cook in the microwave on high for 1 minute & 10 seconds (see notes below).
