Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread drained pineapple into a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and egg until crumbly.
- Sprinkle mixture evenly over pineapple.
- Pour melted butter evenly over topping.
- Sprinkle cinnamon across the surface.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly.
- Cool slightly and serve warm or cold.
