Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread drained pineapple into a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  3. Mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and egg until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle mixture evenly over pineapple.
  5. Pour melted butter evenly over topping.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon across the surface.
  7. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly.
  8. Cool slightly and serve warm or cold.
