Description

Homemade pink hot chocolate with creamy white chocolate, a soft rosy color, and fun optional toppings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 drops red food coloring
  • whipped cream optional
  • sprinkles optional

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring your evaporated milk and whole milk to a boil. Keeping an eye on the milk so it doesn’t boil over.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and add in the white chocolate. Stir until all of the white chocolate has melted.
  3. Slowly add a drop of red food coloring’s in at a time until you get a nice soft pink color.
  4. Pour into your glass and top with whip cream and sprinkles

Notes

  1. Adjust sweetness by adding extra white chocolate.
  2. Tint color darker or lighter by adding color slowly.
