- 3 cups leftover chili
- 1 store-bought pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Sour cream for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix cilantro, garlic, red pepper flakes, and olive oil in a small bowl.
- Divide pizza dough into 16 equal pieces on a floured surface.
- Flatten one piece of dough and add one tablespoon chili and mozzarella chunks.
- Seal dough tightly around filling and form into a ball.
- Place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush dough balls with olive oil mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving with sour cream.
