Description

Creamy pudding fruit salad made with strawberries, grapes, pineapple, mandarin oranges, marshmallows, whipped topping, and vanilla pudding.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
  • 3½ tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups seedless green grapes
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 20 ounces pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 22 ounces mandarin oranges, drained

Instructions

  1. Add whipped topping to a large bowl.
  2. Whisk vanilla pudding mix into the whipped topping until smooth.
  3. Add grapes, strawberries, marshmallows, pineapple, and mandarin oranges.
  4. Stir gently until coated.
  5. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
  6. Serve cold.

Notes

  1. Use seedless grapes.
  2. Drain canned fruit completely.
  3. Chill several hours for best flavor.
  4. Stir gently to avoid breaking fruit.
