Description

Recreate the Starbucks classic Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew with this easy, budget-friendly recipe. Indulge in the boldness of cold brew paired with creamy, spiced pumpkin foam, customized just for you.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup coarse-ground coffee
  • 4 cups cold water
  • ½ cup heavy cream (or coconut cream/oat milk for dairy-free)
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice (+ extra for garnish)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Make the Cold Brew:
    • Combine coffee grounds and cold water in a jar.
    • Cover and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
    • Strain with a fine mesh or coffee filter. Store in the fridge.
  • Prepare Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam:
    • Mix heavy cream, pumpkin puree, vanilla syrup, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl.
    • Froth using a handheld frother until thick and creamy.
  • Assemble the Drink:
    • Fill a tall glass with ice.
    • Pour cold brew coffee, filling ¾ of the glass.
    • Gently top with pumpkin cream cold foam.
    • Garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
  • Serve and Enjoy!

Notes

Chill for Best Results: Ensure all ingredients, especially the heavy cream and cold brew, are well chilled before assembling the drink. This helps the foam froth better and gives the drink a refreshing, professional finish.

2️⃣ Customize to Your Taste: Adjust the sweetness, spice, and foam consistency to your liking. Add more vanilla syrup for a sweeter drink or extra pumpkin puree for a richer pumpkin flavor.

3️⃣ Frothing is Key: A handheld milk frother works best to create the light, creamy texture of the pumpkin foam. If you don’t have one, shake the foam mixture vigorously in a mason jar or use a blender.
