This Raspberry Peach Smoothie combines frozen raspberries, fresh peaches, vanilla Greek yogurt, and almond milk in a creamy five-minute breakfast or snack.

- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh peaches
- 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup vanilla almond milk
- Optional: 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- Optional: 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup, only if needed
Instructions
- Pour the vanilla almond milk into the blender first.
- Add the vanilla Greek yogurt, chopped peaches, and frozen raspberries.
- Add protein powder, if using.
- Secure the lid and blend on high for 2 minutes, or until smooth.
- Stop the blender and scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula.
- Blend for another 30 seconds.
- Add almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time if the smoothie feels too thick.
- Add more frozen raspberries or frozen peach slices if the smoothie feels too thin.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup if needed.
- Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use ripe peaches for the sweetest fruit flavor.
- Add the liquid ingredients first to help the blender blades move freely.
- For extra protein, add vanilla or unflavored protein powder.
- Refrigerate leftovers in a covered jar for up to 24 hours.
- Freeze leftovers in an ice cube tray for up to 1 month.
