Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box Duncan Hines Red Velvet Cake Mix (15.25 oz)
  • 1/2 cup oil or melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Combine cake mix, oil or melted butter, and eggs in a large bowl.
  3. Beat until a thick dough forms.
  4. Fold in white chocolate chips by hand.
  5. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space between cookies.
  6. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until edges are set.
  7. Cool cookies on the pan for 10 to 15 minutes before removing.

Notes

  1. Do not overbake for best texture.
