Description
A creamy, cheesy, and hearty sausage and egg casserole perfect for any breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients
8 – 10 eggs scrambled with a fork
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound browned sausage
2 slices bread, cubed and slightly dried
2 cups milk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease 9×13 pan.
2. Scramble eggs in a mixing bowl and stir in milk.
3. Add cheese, salt, sausage, and bread cubes.
4. Mix well and pour into pan.
5. Bake 30–45 minutes until golden and set.
Notes
Serve warm with fresh herbs or hot sauce. Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
