Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 cup chunky salsa or pico de gallo
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 2 Roma tomatoes diced
- 1/2 bunch green onions sliced
- 1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced olives drained
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Mix refried beans with taco seasoning in a small bowl.
- Drain salsa or pico de gallo to remove excess liquid.
- Dice tomatoes, slice green onions, and drain olives.
- Add 2 tablespoons of seasoned beans to the bottom of each cup.
- Layer 2 tablespoons sour cream on top of beans.
- Add 2 tablespoons guacamole as the next layer.
- Add 2 tablespoons salsa or pico de gallo.
- Add 2 tablespoons shredded cheese.
- Top with diced tomatoes.
- Finish with sliced olives and green onions.
- Garnish with a tortilla chip and refrigerate until serving.
Notes
- Place sour cream and guacamole in plastic bags and pipe into cups for neat layers.
- Drain salsa or pico de gallo well to avoid watery layers.
- Add tomato and green onion toppings shortly before serving if making ahead.
