Description

Juicy Sheet Pan Lemon Garlic Butter Salmon ready in 30 minutes with bright lemon, rich garlic butter, and tender flaky salmon.


Ingredients

Scale

about 1.5 to 1.75 pounds skin-on salmon fillet

1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

3 tablespoons lemon juice

2 to 3 tablespoons honey

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon kosher salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375F. Place salmon on foil with skin-side down and raise foil edges.

2. Nestle lemon slices under the salmon.

3. Melt butter and stir in lemon juice, honey, and garlic.

4. Pour three-quarters of mixture over salmon; season with salt and pepper.

5. Seal foil tightly and marinate 10–15 minutes if possible.

6. Bake foil packet on a sheet pan for about 17 minutes.

7. Open foil, set oven to broil, spoon remaining mixture if needed.

8. Broil 5–10 minutes until golden.

9. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Broil on the second rack if you want slower browning.

Store leftovers airtight in the fridge for up to 3 days.
