Description

Classic Shrimp Po’ Boy sandwich with crispy fried shrimp, fresh vegetables, and homemade remoulade.


Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise
  • Spicy brown mustard
  • Paprika
  • Fresh parsley
  • Horseradish
  • Lemon juice
  • Creole seasoning
  • Pickle juice
  • Hot sauce
  • Garlic
  • Kosher salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Raw shrimp
  • All-purpose flour
  • Cornmeal
  • Buttermilk
  • Vegetable oil
  • French bread
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Dill pickles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the remoulade sauce and refrigerate
  2. Season and bread the shrimp
  3. Heat oil to 350 degrees
  4. Fry shrimp until golden
  5. Drain shrimp on paper towels
  6. Assemble sandwiches with sauce and toppings
