- Beef broth – ½ cup (120ml)
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate the beef: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, 1 tbsp cornstarch, and sesame oil. Add beef slices, coat well, and let marinate for 30 minutes.
2️⃣ Prepare sauce: In a separate bowl, mix oyster sauce, beef broth, black pepper, brown sugar, vinegar, and 1 tsp cornstarch. Stir until combined.
3️⃣ Heat the wok: Add 1 tbsp oil over high heat. Stir-fry beef in batches for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
4️⃣ Sauté aromatics: In the same wok, add another tbsp oil. Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
5️⃣ Add vegetables: Toss in bell peppers and onions. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
6️⃣ Combine everything: Return the beef to the wok. Pour in the sauce and stir until everything is coated and sauce thickens (about 1 minute).
