This Slow Cooker Chicken and Stuffing recipe brings classic 1980s comfort food to your kitchen with tender chicken, creamy sauce, and savory stuffing. It uses simple ingredients, requires only 5 minutes of prep, and cooks into a nostalgic, cozy dinner with minimal effort.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1/3 cup milk

  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix

  • 1 2/3 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  • Place chicken breasts into the bowl of a slow cooker.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup and milk.

  • Spread the soup mixture evenly over the chicken.

  • Combine the stuffing mix and chicken broth in another bowl.

  • Spoon the stuffing mixture over the chicken.

  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
