- 1 pound baby yellow potatoes
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Spray a 6-quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place beef on one side and potatoes on the other.
- Season with onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt.
- Scatter chopped garlic over the top.
- Place butter evenly across the beef and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours.
- Stir gently before serving.
- Spoon garlic butter sauce over each serving.
