Description

Tender beef stew meat and buttery baby potatoes slow-cooked with garlic and seasonings for an easy family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 pound baby yellow potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Spray a 6-quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place beef on one side and potatoes on the other.
  3. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt.
  4. Scatter chopped garlic over the top.
  5. Place butter evenly across the beef and potatoes.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours.
  7. Stir gently before serving.
  8. Spoon garlic butter sauce over each serving.
