- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup sliced radishes
- 4 ounces capers, drained
- 2 lemons, cut into wedges
- fresh dill
- 4 slices rye or pumpernickel bread
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 artisan baguette, sliced
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
- 2 teaspoons fresh dill
Instructions
- Slice vegetables and prepare all ingredients.
- Mix cream cheese, yogurt, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brush baguette slices with olive oil and bake until crisp.
- Arrange salmon, breads, crostini, and spread on a platter.
- Add vegetables, capers, and optional toppings.
- Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately.
