Description

A smoked salmon platter with fresh vegetables, crostini, and a creamy spread that works perfectly for brunch or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 ounces cold smoked salmon
  • 6 to 8 ounces hot smoked salmon
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced radishes
  • 4 ounces capers, drained
  • 2 lemons, cut into wedges
  • fresh dill
  • 4 slices rye or pumpernickel bread
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 artisan baguette, sliced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Slice vegetables and prepare all ingredients.
  2. Mix cream cheese, yogurt, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  4. Brush baguette slices with olive oil and bake until crisp.
  5. Arrange salmon, breads, crostini, and spread on a platter.
  6. Add vegetables, capers, and optional toppings.
  7. Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately.

Notes

  1. Prepare cream cheese spread ahead and refrigerate.
  2. Slice vegetables in advance and store chilled.
  3. Toast crostini just before serving for best texture.
