Description

Flank steak marinated in a flavorful soy-based sauce, grilled to perfection for a tender and juicy meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs flank steak
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and lime juice in a bowl.
  2. Place flank steak in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove steak from marinade and grill for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  6. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.

Notes

  1. For best results, marinate the steak overnight.
  2. Letting the steak rest ensures juiciness.
  3. Slice thinly against the grain for tenderness.
