Description

Cucumber Agua Fresca with Ginger and Mint is the ultimate summer mocktail—cool, hydrating, and naturally sweetened. Blended with fresh lime juice, zesty ginger, and refreshing mint, this non-alcoholic drink is a spa-inspired refresher perfect for hot days, backyard gatherings, or healthy hydration any time of day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large English cucumbers (approx. 600 g), chopped

  • 1 cup (240 ml) fresh lime juice (from 810 limes)

  • ⅔ cup (135 g) granulated sugar

  • 1015 fresh mint leaves

  • 1 piece fresh ginger (2.55 cm), peeled

  • 4 cups (960 ml) water, divided

Instructions

  • Add chopped cucumber, ginger, lime juice, sugar, mint leaves, and 2 cups of water to a blender.

  • Blend on high until smooth.

  • Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp.

  • Add remaining 2 cups of water and stir to combine.

  • Chill in the refrigerator until cold.

  • Serve over ice, garnished with cucumber slices or mint leaves.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to your taste or use stevia, monk fruit, or honey.

English cucumbers work best due to fewer seeds and sweeter flavor.

Stir before serving—separation is natural.

Add club soda for a fizzy twist just before serving.

Store in the fridge up to 3 days in a covered pitcher.
