Description
Sticky Chicken Tenders coated in a sweet and spicy homemade sauce made with just five ingredients. Ready in 20 minutes, perfect for dinner or game day.

- 25 oz frozen crispy chicken strips
- 1/3 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon water
- Ranch dressing (optional)
- Blue cheese dressing (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F or air fryer to 385°F.
- Bake chicken strips for 18-20 minutes flipping halfway, or air fry for 11-12 minutes flipping halfway.
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat combine hot sauce, brown sugar, BBQ sauce, corn syrup and water.
- Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 2-3 minutes until sugar dissolves.
- Remove sauce from heat.
- Dip cooked chicken strips into sauce and coat completely.
- Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing if desired.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the pan or air fryer basket.
- Coat chicken while both sauce and tenders are hot.
- Adjust hot sauce for more or less heat.
