- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup cream cheese chips, chopped
- 20 oz vanilla melting wafers
- 1/2 cup pink candy melts
- 1/2 cup bright pink candy melts
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and heat treat cake mix on a lined baking sheet for 5 minutes; cool completely.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix cooled cake mix into cream cheese until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in cream cheese chips until evenly combined.
- Cover and chill dough for 2 hours.
- Scoop and roll dough into balls and let rest 15 minutes.
- Melt vanilla wafers using a double boiler or microwave.
- Dip each ball into melted wafers and place on parchment-lined sheets.
- Decorate with sprinkles or drizzle with melted pink candy melts.
- Allow truffles to set completely before serving.

- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Allow rolled balls to rest before dipping to prevent cracking.
- Cake mix can be heat treated in the microwave if preferred.
