- ½ cup unsalted butter, very soft
- 1 box (15.25 ounces) strawberry cake mix
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 8 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×9-inch pan with foil and cooking spray.
- Beat butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add cake mix and egg and mix until thick dough forms.
- Press two-thirds of dough into prepared pan.
- Sprinkle white chocolate chips evenly over dough.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over chips.
- Top with remaining dough in small pieces and press lightly.
- Bake for 27 to 30 minutes until edges are set and lightly golden.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
