Description

Gorgeous honey lime basil peach fruit salad made with fresh peaches, blackberries, blueberries and pomegranate. Perfect for summer gatherings and cookouts.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large ripe yellow peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • Seeds from 1 medium pomegranate
  • 6 large basil leaves, cut into ribbons
  • 12 teaspoons honey
  • Juice from 1/2 lime

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry all fruit.
  2. Slice peaches into wedges.
  3. Add peaches, blackberries, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, and basil to a large bowl.
  4. Drizzle honey and lime juice over the fruit.
  5. Gently toss until evenly coated.
  6. Serve immediately or chilled.

Notes

  1. Add basil just before serving if making ahead.
  2. Store leftovers in airtight containers for 2 to 4 days.
  3. Adjust honey based on fruit sweetness.
