Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups nacho cheese Doritos
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado or 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 1/2 cup black beans or corn

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned
  2. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning with water
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes
  4. Cook rice according to package instructions
  5. Prepare toppings by chopping vegetables
  6. Add rice to bowls
  7. Top with taco meat and toppings
  8. Sprinkle crushed Doritos before serving

Notes

  1. Do not add Doritos early to avoid sogginess
