Ingredients
5 large flour tortillas (soft, medium or large size)
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend)
1 packet taco seasoning
½ cup chopped green onions
½ cup diced bell peppers
Optional: 1 cup shredded cooked chicken or black beans
Optional: 2 tbsp chopped cilantro or jalapeños
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Make the filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth.
Stir in cheese, onions, peppers, and any other fillings.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Assemble: Lay out tortillas. Spread a thin, even layer of filling, leaving a small border.
Roll each tortilla tightly.
Chill: Cover rolls and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Slice: Use a sharp knife to cut into 1-inch pieces.
Serve: Arrange on a platter. Garnish with herbs or serve with dips like salsa or guacamole.
Notes
Use gluten-free tortillas and dairy-free cheese for special diets.
Don’t overfill to prevent sogginess.
