Description

Homemade Tart Cherry Gummies made with tart cherry juice, citrus, honey, and gelatin for a naturally sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups tart cherry juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup unflavored gelatin powder

Instructions

  1. Add tart cherry juice, lemon juice, lime juice, and honey to a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Whisk constantly until the mixture becomes hot and the honey dissolves completely.
  3. Remove saucepan from heat.
  4. Add gelatin one tablespoon at a time, whisking after each addition until fully dissolved.
  5. Use a spoon to break up any clumps if needed.
  6. Transfer mixture into gummy molds using a dropper.
  7. Place molds in refrigerator and chill for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
  8. Remove gummies from molds and store in airtight container in refrigerator.

Notes

  1. If you do not have gummy molds, use an 11×14 glass baking dish and cut gummies after chilling.
  2. The number of gummies depends on mold size.
  3. Store gummies in refrigerator for up to 10 days.
  4. You can substitute honey with maple syrup, agave nectar, or date syrup.
