Description

This Cookies and Cream Fudge is a rich, creamy white chocolate fudge loaded with chunks of chocolate sandwich cookies. With just a few ingredients and no baking required, this decadent treat is perfect for holidays, parties, or a quick sweet fix. Each bite delivers a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture with a delightful cookie crunch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups (525g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz / 397g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 15 chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreos), roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan:

    • Line an 8×8-inch (20x20cm) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. Melt the Fudge Mixture:

    • In a heatproof bowl, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
    • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted and smooth. (Alternatively, use a double boiler to melt over low heat.)
  3. Add Flavor & Cookies:

    • Stir in vanilla extract.
    • Gently fold in ¾ of the chopped cookies, reserving some for topping.
  4. Set the Fudge:

    • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
    • Sprinkle the remaining cookie pieces over the top and gently press them in.
  5. Chill & Slice:

    • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
    • Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into small squares.
  6. Serve & Enjoy!

Notes

  • Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for 3 months.
  • Variations:
    • Add a pinch of salt to enhance flavor.
    • Swap white chocolate chips for milk or dark chocolate for a twist.
    • Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top for extra richness.
  • Make it Crunchier: Use extra cookie pieces on top for added texture.
