Description
This Tuna Pasta Salad is made with shell noodles, peas, tuna, celery, and a creamy Greek yogurt dressing for a fast, healthy family meal.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces small shell pasta
- 7 ounces canned albacore white tuna in water, drained
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- Dried dill weed, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain
- Add cooked pasta, tuna, celery, red onion, and peas to a large bowl
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and Greek yogurt until smooth
- Stir half of the dressing into the pasta mixture until evenly coated
- Season with salt, pepper, and dried dill to taste
- Refrigerate pasta and remaining dressing separately for 30 minutes
- Stir in remaining dressing and serve immediately
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days
- If the salad seems dry after chilling, add a spoonful of Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
