Description

These 3-Ingredient Homemade Strawberry Fruit Roll-Ups are a naturally sweet, chewy snack both kids and adults love. Made with real strawberries, honey, and lemon juice, they’re simple to make, freezer-friendly, and free from artificial additives—perfect for lunchboxes, road trips, or healthy treats at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups (450 g) strawberries, fresh or thawed from frozen

  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) honey

  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 140–170°F (60–75°C), or the lowest setting. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Blend strawberries, honey, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.

  • Pour mixture onto the prepared sheet and spread evenly to ⅛–¼ inch thick.

  • Bake for 4–6 hours, checking occasionally. It’s ready when the surface is dry and not sticky.

  • Cool completely. Peel off parchment, trim edges, and cut into 1-inch strips.

  • Roll up and store in an airtight container.

Notes

Use fully thawed and drained berries if starting from frozen.

Keep the puree layer even to ensure uniform drying.

Add cinnamon or other berries for a flavor twist.

Store wrapped in parchment and sealed for up to 1 week at room temp or 2 months in the freezer.
