Description
This Blackstone Garlic Parmesan Chicken is a cheesy, Italian-inspired weeknight dinner that feels restaurant-worthy yet comes together in under 30 minutes. Juicy chicken breasts are seared on the griddle, topped with garlic and Parmesan, and finished with a gooey, golden crust.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs / 680 g)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp (30 ml) extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp (4 g) dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium-high and drizzle with olive oil.
Pat chicken dry, season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
Grill chicken 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F internal).
Lower heat slightly, sauté garlic on griddle for 1–2 minutes.
Sprinkle Parmesan over chicken, cover with lid/foil, and let melt 2–3 minutes.
Rest chicken for 2 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer for perfectly juicy chicken.
Patting chicken dry helps form a golden sear.
Slide garlic to a cooler spot if it cooks too fast to avoid burning.
For indulgence, mix butter with Parmesan before topping.
Works with chicken thighs for extra juiciness.
