Ingredients
-
2 tubes (13.8 oz / 390 g each) pizza dough
-
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
-
1 tsp (5 g) Italian seasoning
-
1 tsp (5 g) garlic, minced
-
2 cups (200 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided
-
2 cups (200 g) parmesan cheese, grated, divided
-
2 cups (250 g) rotisserie chicken, shredded, divided
-
1 cup (240 ml) Alfredo sauce, divided
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.
-
Cut pizza dough into ½-inch pieces. Roll into small balls and place in a bowl.
-
Drizzle dough balls with olive oil, add Italian seasoning, garlic, ½ cup mozzarella, and ½ cup parmesan. Toss to coat.
-
Layer in the bundt pan: ½ cup mozzarella, ½ cup parmesan, half the dough balls, 1 cup shredded chicken, and ½ cup Alfredo sauce.
-
Repeat layers with remaining ingredients, finishing with mozzarella and parmesan on top.
-
Bake 45–50 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
-
Rest for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. Pull apart and enjoy warm.
Notes
Don’t overload with Alfredo sauce or the bread may turn soggy.
Resting before flipping prevents cheesy collapse.
Add flair with parsley or red pepper flakes.
Crescent or biscuit dough can be used as substitutes.
