Ingredients

2 English cucumbers, thinly sliced (about 400 g), peeled and deseeded if desired

120 ml (½ cup) sour cream

3 tbsp (21 g) everything bagel seasoning

2 tsp (10 ml) white vinegar

½ tsp (1 g) ground black pepper + more to taste

½ cup (50 g) thinly sliced red onion
Instructions

Place sliced cucumbers in a colander and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 30–60 minutes to draw out excess moisture.

Rinse and pat cucumbers dry with paper towels.

In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, everything bagel seasoning, vinegar, and black pepper.

Add cucumbers and red onion. Toss until well combined.
