1 box white cake mix (plus ingredients required to bake) or 1 homemade white cake
1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
2 cups white chocolate chips or white candy melts
Food coloring (gel or liquid, assorted pastel colors)
1–2 teaspoons coconut oil (optional, for thinning chocolate)
Optional decorations: sprinkles, edible glitter, colored drizzle
Instructions
Bake the white cake according to package or recipe instructions. Let it cool completely.
Crumble the cake into a large bowl. Add marshmallow creme and mix until fully combined into a dough-like consistency.
Scoop small portions of the mixture and shape into egg-like ovals. Place on a lined baking sheet.
Chill the shaped cake bites in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (or freeze for 30 minutes).
Melt white chocolate or candy melts in microwave-safe bowls, stirring every 20–30 seconds until smooth. Add food coloring to create different pastel shades.
Dip each cake bite into the melted chocolate using a fork or dipping tool. Tap off excess and place on parchment paper to set.
Decorate with drizzled colors or sprinkles before the coating sets.
Let them cool completely until the chocolate hardens. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Serve at room temperature for best texture.
