Description

These Easy Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups are a weeknight dinner hero—packed with juicy ground beef, melted cheese, and finished with a buttery garlic glaze. Wrapped in golden flour tortillas and baked until crispy, they capture everything you love about a cheeseburger in a fun, fuss-free rollup. Perfect for busy families, casual parties, or anytime comfort food is calling.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Optional: sliced pickles for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  • Cook the beef: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned (7–8 minutes), breaking it up with a spoon.

  • Season the beef: Add Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and set aside to cool slightly.

  • Make garlic butter: Combine melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl.

  • Assemble rollups: Lay tortillas flat. Divide beef mixture evenly, sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella. Roll tightly, tucking in the ends.

  • Bake: Place rollups seam-side down on prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with garlic butter. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.

  • Serve: Let cool slightly. Slice into pinwheels or serve whole. Garnish with sliced pickles if desired.

Notes

Let beef cool slightly before assembling to prevent soggy tortillas.

For extra crisp, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.

Swap beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.

Easily reheated in the oven or air fryer for crispy leftovers.
