¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional for thickening)

8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Toppings:
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Prepare Dough: Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Stir until a soft dough forms. Knead for 8 minutes. Let it rise for 1 hour.
Make Strawberry Filling: Cook chopped strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a pan for 8–10 minutes. Stir in cornstarch if needed. Let cool.
Make Cheesecake Filling: Blend softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Assemble Rolls: Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread cheesecake filling, then spoon strawberry filling on top. Roll tightly, slice into 10–12 rolls.
Bake: Place rolls in a greased pan, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden.
Prepare Glaze: Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over the warm rolls.
