Description

Eggnog Cheesecake is a rich, creamy, no-bake dessert that captures the festive warmth of the holiday season. With a buttery graham cracker crust, spiced eggnog filling, and a crown of whipped cream dusted with nutmeg, it’s a showstopping treat that requires no oven time. Perfect for Christmas parties, potlucks, or cozy winter evenings, this cheesecake delivers holiday cheer in every slice.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 g (2 cups) graham cracker crumbs

  • 113 g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, melted

  • 454 g (16 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 120 g (1 cup) powdered sugar

  • 240 ml (1 cup) eggnog

  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp (1 g) ground nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp (0.5 g) ground cinnamon

  • 240 ml (1 cup) whipped cream, for topping

  • Extra ground nutmeg, for garnish

Instructions

  • Make the Crust – Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until it resembles damp sand. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill while preparing filling.

  • Make the Filling – Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add eggnog, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon, then beat until creamy and slightly thickened.

  • Assemble and Chill – Pour filling over the crust, smooth the top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight for best results).

  • Add Toppings – Just before serving, spread or pipe whipped cream over the top and sprinkle with extra nutmeg for a festive finish.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is fully softened before mixing to avoid lumps.

Full-fat eggnog creates the richest texture and flavor.

Do not skip the chilling time—it’s key for clean slices.

Add whipped cream topping right before serving for the best look.
