Description

Easy homemade fruit leather made with fresh fruit and lemon juice for a naturally sweet snack without added sugar.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb fresh fruit of choice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 170°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Blend fruit until smooth.
  3. Add lemon juice and blend again.
  4. Spread puree evenly on baking sheet.
  5. Dry for 3 to 4 hours until not sticky.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Slice into 10 pieces.
  8. Roll strips if desired.

Notes

  1. Use ripe fruit for best sweetness.
  2. Dry longer if center remains sticky.
  3. Store refrigerated up to 1 week.
