12 oz rotini pasta

3/4 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
Cook the Pasta
Boil rotini in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.Brown the Beef
