  • 1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 34 Limes, juiced
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Iceberg Lettuce or Cabbage, shredded
  • 3 Medium Avocados, mashed
  • Queso Cotija, crumbled
  • Pickled Pork Rinds, chopped (optional)
  • Hot Sauce like Valentina
  • Mayonnaise or Crema Mexicana

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumber, diced tomatoes, chopped jalapeños, and sliced red onion.
  2. Add the lime juice, salt, and pepper to the vegetable mixture and toss until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the mashed avocados.
